We offer replacements or exchanges only for verified manufacturing defects. To process an exchange, customers are required to send the parcel back using their own courier service, and the courier charges will be reimbursed by us after verification.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request you to double-check the size, Colour, and product details carefully before placing your order. Refunds will not be provided if you simply dislike the product after delivery.

Exchanges are applicable only for genuine manufacturing defects and must be supported with clear images along with an unboxing/opening video shared immediately upon receiving the parcel.

Please note that sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
